The people of Sierra Leone have a constitutional democracy, that is their form of government. Their legal system is based off of the United States's common law and what they call customary law. Their presidents name since 2007 is Ernest Bai KOROMA. Elections are held every 5 years after a term is served. Their next election will be in 2017. They also have a Cabinet that is a group of "Ministers of State" that are responsible for the president.
